Terms of Service

monodrom.ai (“monodrom”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Ruleframe Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at hello@ruleframe.io. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

monodrom lets you create images, video and voice with AI models built by other companies (for example Google, ByteDance, Black Forest Labs, Alibaba and xAI), from one account and one credit balance. We send your prompt and any files you attach to the model you choose, through our infrastructure providers, and return the result to you.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those model makers, and their names are used only to identify their models. Which models are available, and their settings, can change as providers add, update or retire them.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use monodrom.
• Give accurate sign-up details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share, sell or transfer your account or its credits.
• Tell us straight away at hello@ruleframe.io if you think someone else has accessed your account.

• Credits pay for generations. The exact credit cost is shown before you generate, and credits are held when you submit and spent when the result is delivered.
• Plans are subscriptions that add a set number of credits each billing period. Plan credits reset at the end of each period and don't roll over. Plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
• Credit packs are one-off purchases. Pack credits last 12 months from purchase and are spent after your plan credits.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money (except as described in our Refund Policy) and can't be transferred.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and include or add tax as stated there. We never see or store your full card number.
• You can cancel a plan at any time from your account. You keep its credits and features until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you in advance and the new price will apply from your next billing period. You can cancel before then.
• If a payment fails, we may pause generation until it's resolved; your existing creations stay available to download.

Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

“Your content” means the prompts and files you give us and the results generated for you. As between you and us, you own your content, to the extent any rights exist in it. You give us a limited licence to host, process, store, copy and transmit your content only to provide and secure the service for you.

• We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't publish your creations without your permission.
• The model providers process your prompts and files to produce your result, under their own terms and policies. AI output isn't unique: other people may get similar results from similar prompts.
• You are responsible for your content and how you use it, including making sure you have the rights to anything you upload (such as photos of other people) and that your use of the results is lawful.

You must not use monodrom to create, upload or share anything that:

• sexualises minors in any way (we report this to the authorities);
• is sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent, or depicts real people in ways meant to deceive, defame or harass them;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred against people based on protected characteristics;
• is illegal, fraudulent, or designed to mislead people (for example fake documents or impersonation);
• breaks the usage policies of the model you're using.

You also must not try to get around our limits or safety checks, access the service by automated means other than any API we offer, resell access, or interfere with the service or other users. We may block prompts, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where the breach is serious we may do this without notice and without refunding credits.

AI models can produce inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect results, and the same prompt can give different results each time. Results are delivered as generated. Check anything you rely on, particularly before using it commercially or publicly.

We keep the original files of your creations for the storage period of your plan, shown on the pricing page. After that, originals may be deleted, while small previews stay so your history still makes sense. Download anything you want to keep. If you close your account, we delete your creations as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep monodrom running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, because we depend on third-party models and providers. We may change or discontinue features and models. If we discontinue the service as a whole, we'll give reasonable notice and refund unused credits you've paid for.

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@ruleframe.io. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms don't affect.

Otherwise, we aren't liable for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, or for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU as a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of where you live, and you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer laws.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you before it takes effect (by email or in the app). Continuing to use monodrom after that means you accept the updated terms; if you don't, you can cancel and close your account.
