Do I need a subscription?

No. You can buy a one-off credit pack and pay per generation. Monthly plans are there if you create often and want credits at a lower price.

Is there a free plan?

There's no free plan. The smallest credit pack is the cheapest way to try any model, and you always see the exact credit cost before you generate.

Which model should I use?

Every model page shows real samples, what the model is good at and its price. For quick drafts, start with a cheaper model; switch to a premium one for the final version.

How do credits work?

Each generation shows its credit cost before you start. The credits are held when you submit and only spent when your result is delivered.

What happens if a generation fails?

The credits held for it go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask.

Do credits expire?

Plan credits reset at the end of each billing period. Credits from a pack last 12 months from the day you buy them, and pack credits are used after your plan credits.

How do I cancel my plan?

Go to Account, then Plan, and cancel. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you've paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Failed generations are refunded automatically. You can also cancel a new plan or pack within 14 days for a full refund if you haven't used any of its credits. See our Refund Policy for the details.

How long does a generation take?

Images usually take a few seconds. Videos take one to a few minutes depending on the model, length and resolution. You can keep working while it runs.

Can I use my own photo?

Yes. Use Add Reference to edit a photo with an image model, or add a start image (and an end image, on models that support it) to turn a photo into a video.

Why was my prompt refused?

Every model has content rules, and some are stricter than others (Veo, for example, often refuses realistic people). If a model refuses, you aren't charged. Try rewording the prompt or picking another model.

How many generations can I run at once?

One at a time without a plan, and more on a plan: 2 on Starter, 4 on Creator and 8 on Studio.

Can I use what I make commercially?

As between you and us, you own what you create. Some model makers have their own usage policies, so check those for sensitive uses. See our Terms of Service.

Are my creations private?

Yes. Your prompts and results are private to your account. We don't publish them and we don't use them to train AI models.

Where are my files?

Everything you make is in your Library. Uploaded reference photos are kept in the References folder. Download anything you want to keep for good: originals are stored for the storage period of your plan.
